1. Product Introduction
1.1 Product Description
Wet Cooling Tower is a small, visual wet cooling tower training device developed for thermal energy. The whole machine adopts an integrated vertical frame structure, and the main body is made of carbon steel powder coating + transparent acrylic visual cylinder.
1.2 Product Features
The lightweight, modular design facilitates easy transport, storage, and relocation between classrooms/laboratories, eliminating the need for a fixed location or external water source.
The water flow operates in a closed-loop system, resulting in extremely low water consumption, low experimental costs, and environmental friendliness.
The cooling tower body and packing components are made of high-transparency acrylic, allowing for direct visualization of the water's state during experiments, facilitating student observation of the wet cooling mechanism.
The fan, water tank, water pump, tower body, and control panel are integrated into a single base, resulting in a compact structure and small footprint. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel piping allows for easy assembly and disassembly, making it suitable for long-term teaching use in laboratories.
