1. Structure introduction 
This system adopts transparent hydraulic component, combined aluminum groove structure, mobile oil-way contact, universal electrical circuit, according to use the equipped tools and refer to the experiment instructor, student can conveniently carry out various common control, experiment and test of hydraulic transmission. It can make the student or engineers understand the internal principle, structure and working processing of oil-way and hydraulic. It is the essential instrument of hydraulic transmission teaching and hand on training.

Electrical control component composition
It is mainly consist of power supply portion, oil-way protection unit, experiment bench protection unit, relay control unit, button and other control component.

2.Replay control unit 
Relay control unit, its function is the same as electrical control system basic control function. It is consist of control power supply hanging box, button hanging box, replay indicator light hanging box. 
Relay control system include two independent control mode, when the operator use the mode one, press the “reversingⅠ” or “ normally open starting” , it will has signal ( travel switch NO(NO=normally open) contact will close), then the “ output Ⅰ” of corresponding solenoid valve group one will output, corresponding output indicator light up. Press the “reversingⅡ” or “ NC(NC=normally close) stopping” , it will has signal ( travel switch NC(NC=normally close) contact open), then the “ output Ⅱ” of corresponding solenoid valve group one will output, corresponding output indicator light up, at the same time, “output Ⅰ” will stop the output, the output indicator light will turn off, that is “ output Ⅰ” and “ output Ⅱ” are interlocking. It is mainly because of the two magnet of double solenoid directional valve can’t power on at the same time ( remark: the two electromagnet of double solenoid directional valve must connect to the “ output Ⅰ” and “ output Ⅱ” of the same solenoid valve group), press the “ stop button” or “NC(NC=normally close) stopping” it will have signal, then the “ output Ⅰ” and “ output Ⅱ” will stop output. 
The control mode of group two is same as the above description. 
When the operator using the control system, operator only need to power on the power supply, connect the input and output to corresponding location, the equipment will carry out control operation. 
3. Oil pump motor and regulator circuit
1. Function introduction
Due to the experiment workbench can demonstrate various oil circuit, it has features like wide pressure range of circuit and requiring different flow and so on, therefore, in order to fully meet requirements of experiment demonstration, oil pump driving motor adopts small size DC shunt excitation motor and speed controller of DC motor.
