1.1 Overview
This product uses AX series safety relays for optimized design. According to the characteristics of Siemens S700K switch machine, it realizes the construction of S700K speed-up track circuit training. It is practical, flexible in application, and highly reliable. It is the preferred electrical equipment for rail transit professional training.
With the rapid development of electrified railways and urban rail transit in my country, in order to meet the needs of speed increase, the S700K AC speed-regulating switch machine introduced equipment and technology from Siemens in Germany, and the digested and improved S700K AC speed-regulating switch machine quickly replaced the early ZD6 DC speed-regulating switch machine. The S700K switch machine is used on major domestic lines.
The S700K electric switch machine is the actuator of the track control system. The speed-up track circuit matched with S700K is mainly divided into three parts, namely the indoor track control circuit, the track action circuit and the track indication circuit, a total of five-wire circuits, and the indoor and outdoor contactors each have 5 wires.
1.2 Features
This product adopts a cabinet structure based on field application and combined with actual teaching characteristics. It integrates the three-part control circuit of S700K into one cabinet to realize all functions of the speed regulation track circuit. At the same time, it also concentrates the electrical circuit on 6502 to form a complete electrical combination circuit, which can allow students to have an overall understanding of the track control circuit, master the working principle of the track control circuit, and skillfully perform related circuit connection and troubleshooting.
This product is equipped with control power supply, display power supply, DB instruction, FB instruction, HD instruction, related status display, voltage, current measurement loop, etc., involving contents: DBQ, BHJ, 1DQJ, 1DQJF, 2DQJ, DBJ, FBJ, QDJ, SJ, RC, etc.
