Conventional Ignition System
I. System Overview
This teaching board uses the ignition system of a car. It displays two common ignition types: contact ignition and electromagnetic pulse ignition control. Each ignition type operates independently, forming a self-contained system. Color-coded circuit diagrams and physical components are displayed on the board. Fault setting switches and test sockets are also added. This allows for visual monitoring of the operation of each ignition system, real-time detection, and fault setting.
II. Product Operation
1. Place the training workbench stably and connect it to an AC220V power supply. The components are arranged clearly and logically, with corresponding circuit diagrams for easy learning of the ignition system.
2. Turn on the ignition switch and rotate the control knob. The motor drives the distributor to rotate, simulating engine operation. Each component operates independently.
3. Set up test sockets for real-time condition monitoring via instruments.
4. Simulate actual faults. Through fault diagnosis and troubleshooting exercises, students can fully understand the working principle and actual operating conditions of the ignition system. 1 represents normal operation, 0 represents fault. 
5. No battery required; uses an AC220V to DC12V power supply, reducing charging hassles.
6. The panel features a color-coded engine circuit diagram for intuitive understanding, is sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. A fault setting area is located on the side of the panel. The fault setting uses an 01 switch, which has a long service life and is easy to maintain.
7. The test workbench is constructed using aluminum profile assembly technology, ensuring safety, reliability, sturdiness, and durability. It features swivel casters for easy movement.
8. After the experiment, disconnect the AC220V power supply.

III. Precautions
1. Do not touch the spark plugs with your hands or metal objects while the ignition system is operating.
2. The teaching board surface must not be cleaned with corrosive solvents.
3. After use, unplug the 220V power cord.
