1.1 Product Description
This product is a teaching experimental convection drying device, mainly used for researching and demonstrating the convection drying process of particulate solids. It is widely used in experimental teaching in food technology and other related majors. The device uses an airflow drying method. A corrosion-resistant plate containing the solid to be dried is placed in the drying channel. The fan speed is adjusted, and the air temperature is controlled by a heater. As the airflow passes over the solid surface, it heats the solid and carries away the released moisture. The drying channel has a transparent door for easy observation of the entire drying process. The device is equipped with an electronic scale to monitor the solid weight change in real time, and sensors collect air temperature, humidity, and wind speed parameters. All measurement data can be directly transmitted to a computer for further processing and analysis.
