1.1 Product Description
The Change of State of Gases Experiment Bench is a practical training and teaching equipment for laboratory use to verify gas state transformations. The four fundamental thermodynamic processes—isothermal, isobaric, isochoric, and isentropic—are the foundation of thermodynamics learning. This experiment uses air as the test gas and demonstrates the two fundamental processes of isothermal and isochoric transformations in two fully transparent gas tanks. In the first tank on the left, a compressor controls the increase and decrease of gas volume. The change is slow, and the work performed is negligible, making it considered an isothermal transformation. In the second tank on the right, the gas volume remains constant within a confined space. An electric heater slowly raises the gas temperature, causing the pressure to rise, demonstrating the isochoric transformation process. Both simulation labs feature a transparent, observable design. The temperature, pressure, and volume changes during the process are measured electronically and displayed directly on a digital display. These changes can also be transferred to a PC for processing. Through these experiments, students can familiarize themselves with the relationships between various physical quantities involved in gas state transformations, cultivating relevant knowledge, skills, and innovative development capabilities.
