This training device is used to learn the computerized general refrigeration compression cycle.
There are 8 transparent pipes and adjustable speed induced draft fans in the condenser and evaporator, which can directly observe the condensation and evaporation process of the refrigerant in the system, directly reflecting the cooling changes of the refrigerant in 4 different throttling devices under the same working condition. , by adjusting the speed of the induced draft fan to change the heat transfer effect of the condenser and evaporator, directly reflecting the cooling changes of the refrigerant under different working conditions. All parameters and controls can be read and controlled by computer.
1.2 Features
The training bench adopts an aluminum alloy frame structure, which is simple and strong, which not only reduces the weight of the equipment, but also ensures the strength of the equipment. The bottom is equipped with 4 universal casters for easy movement.
The refrigeration cycle pipeline is laid on the installation panel, and the high and low temperature areas are painted with different colors for easy observation and distinction.
The equipment has a good safety protection system. The refrigeration cycle is equipped with high and low pressure protection switches. When the system pressure is abnormal, the compressor can stop working immediately to protect the compressor and the system. Electrical circuits are equipped with leakage circuit breakers, emergency stop devices and reliable grounding protection to ensure equipment and personal safety.
