1. Product Overview

1.1 Overview

This course is a professional course in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering. It aims to systematically introduce the operation mode of air conditioners to students, master the control principles of air conditioners and the operation mode of compressors, and demonstrate the system so that students can clearly understand its principles during the teaching process. Master the principles of air conditioning refrigeration, heating and pipeline connection. Split air conditioner is a type of air conditioner. It consists of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, which are installed indoors and outdoors respectively, and are connected by pipes and wires in between.

The split air conditioner is to divide the air conditioner into two parts: an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The noisy compressor, axial fan, etc. are placed in the outdoor unit; the electrical control circuit components and indoor heat exchangers are indispensable indoors. The air conditioner composed of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit is called a split air conditioner.

This training device is designed to achieve teaching purposes, allowing students to understand the characteristics of ground source heat pump air conditioning, cooling and heating, and study the specific operations and working principles of ground source heat pump air conditioning, cooling and heating.

1.2 Features

The training platform adopts an aluminum profile chassis frame structure. The tabletop reduces the overall weight of the equipment while ensuring its overall strength. There are 4 universal wheels installed at the bottom for easy movement.

The refrigeration cycle pipeline is laid on the equipment mounting plate, and the high and low temperature areas are painted with different colors for easy observation and distinction.

The condensate water circulation circuit is laid with plastic hoses, which have good corrosion resistance and weather resistance and are easy and quick to replace.

The equipment has a good safety protection system. A high and low pressure protection switch is installed in the refrigeration cycle. When the system pressure is abnormal, the compressor can be stopped immediately to protect the safety of the compressor and the system. A leakage protection switch, emergency stop button and reliable grounding protection measures are installed in the electrical circuit to ensure Equipment and personal safety.

The indoor unit and outdoor unit of the air conditioner are installed above and below each other, making it easy to observe the operation status.
