1. The composition and content of the training system

The training platform is made of the original vehicle components of the motorcycle system, which is completely extracted from the real vehicle and reassembled. The structure, composition and working principle of the system are fully displayed in the static state, so that students can understand at a glance; in the dynamic state, the system works the same as the actual vehicle. So that students can further understand the working mechanism of the system, and stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and hands-on connection skills. Through this training equipment, students can complete all the training from commissioning to inspection and maintenance of the electric appliances of the whole vehicle.

(1) System composition

The motorcycle electrical training platform is composed of the lighting system, instrument system, electrical control system, starting system, speaker system and other actuators installed on the table and in front of the chassis.

(2) Training content

①Measurement and debugging of electronic ignition circuit and starting circuit;

②Lapping and debugging of turning lights, brake lights, headlights, small lights, and other lamps.

③Installation and commissioning of components such as horns, electronic flashers and on-board relays.

2. Precautions for the training platform

  1. The place of use should be flat and firm, and the grounding device should be in good condition.
  2. Before turning on the machine, check whether the power cord and plug are in good condition.
  3. Avoid shaking the test bench, and avoid frequently unplugging and connecting the connectors of each component.
  4. The power must be disconnected after the demonstration of the equipment.
  5. The circuit part of the test bench has been modified on the basis of the original car. Users are not allowed to modify the circuit without permission. If you need to modify or have technical problems, please contact us. We are willing to serve you wholeheartedly.
  6. Power supply: This equipment is powered by 220V AC power supply. Before inserting the power plug, ensure that the power switch is in the off state to prevent the equipment from malfunctioning and causing harm to personnel. Do not plug in any device plugs while the equipment is working.
  7. Do not touch the moving parts with your hands during the operation of the equipment.
  8. When the equipment is not started, please do not work several high-power electrical appliances at the same time for a long time, such as headlights, starters, etc.
  9. The plug-in wires should be connected according to the circuit diagram. It is forbidden to remove the wires under load and insert randomly to avoid burning the equipment.

3. Purpose of training

  2. Master the working principles of electrical appliances, ignition and mechanical systems.
